Emergency Dental

Same-day care, when you need it

Tooth pain, broken tooth, knocked-out tooth, or sudden swelling? Call us first thing — we hold same-day emergency slots in our schedule for situations exactly like yours.

Why it matters

Don't wait. Don't go to the ER.

Most dental emergencies are treated faster, cheaper, and more effectively at a dental office than at a hospital ER. We hold same-day appointment slots specifically for emergencies — call us first thing in the morning and we'll get you in.

If you're an existing patient with an after-hours emergency, call our main line for instructions. For severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing, or trauma, go directly to the ER — but for tooth pain, broken teeth, lost crowns, and most other dental emergencies, we're your first call.

How we help

Our approach to emergency dental

Severe Tooth Pain

Sudden, sharp, or persistent tooth pain often signals infection. We'll diagnose the cause and provide relief same-day.

Broken or Chipped Teeth

Whether from a fall, a hard bite, or an accident, we can repair or rebuild damaged teeth quickly.

Knocked-Out Tooth

A knocked-out adult tooth can sometimes be saved — but only within 30–60 minutes. Call us immediately.

Lost Crown or Filling

We can replace lost crowns and fillings same-day in most cases, before exposed tooth structure causes problems.

Dental Infections

Abscesses and infected teeth are serious — we provide drainage, antibiotics, and definitive treatment immediately.

Trauma & Sports Injuries

Mouth injuries from sports, falls, or accidents — we'll triage, image, and stabilize to save what we can.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you take walk-ins?
We strongly prefer you call first so we can save a slot for you and prepare. Walk-ins may have to wait, while a quick phone call usually gets you in faster.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe pain, swelling, knocked-out teeth, broken teeth with sharp edges, lost crowns/fillings, dental abscesses, and trauma to the mouth. If you're unsure, call us — we'll tell you within 60 seconds whether you need to come in.
What if it's after hours?
Existing patients should call our main line — there are after-hours instructions on the voicemail. For severe facial swelling, fever, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or major trauma, go directly to the ER.
Will my insurance cover an emergency visit?
Most dental insurance covers emergency exams and X-rays. Treatment costs depend on what's needed — we'll explain everything before we proceed and offer payment options when needed.
